Trypsin Enzyme Recommended Method
Recombinant Trypsin is thawing at room temperature. According to the protein content in COA, take an appropriate amount of trypsin and add HBSS balance solution (or other buffers suitable for cell digestion, if you need to add EDTA, the final concentration is recommended to be 0-1mM, preferably no more than 2mM) The concentration of trypsin used is about 0.1- 0.3mg/ml (the concentration is adjusted according to different cells), and mix gently; this step can be performed at room temperature;
2. Use 0.22 μm filters to filter the above trypsin solution and transfer it to a sterile container; this step can be performed at room temperature;
3. The filtered trypsin solution should be used directly on the day as required (for example, add 1ml to a T25 flask, digest cells at 37°C)
